Sashi Reddi is a serial entrepreneur. His latest company, AppLabs, was a leader in software testing and was acquired by Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC) in September 2011. At the time of the acquisition, AppLabs had over 2,500 people in India, US, and UK and served many leading companies in financial services, travel, retail, and technology. Series A investors in AppLabs, Westbridge Capital (later renamed Sequoia Capital India), earned a 10X return on their investment in around 6 years.
His earlier companies were EZPower Systems (acquired by DocuCorp, and eventually by Oracle), iCoop (group purchasing dotcom), and FXLabs (acquired by Foundation 9 Entertainment). Sashi received his BTech degree in Computer Science from IIT Delhi, an MS in Computer Science from NYU and later a PhD from The Wharton School. Sashi serves on the advisory board of the Wharton Entrepreneurial Programs and the advisory board of IIT Hyderabad.
Cack joined Scale Venture Partners in 2014 and focuses on investments in high-growth software companies across sectors including infrastructure, big data, DevOps, security, and cloud.
Prior to joining Scale Venture Partners, Cack was an enterprise sales representative, first at Oracle selling databases and data integration tools, and later at Cloudera, where she sold Cloudera Manager to early-adopters in the push toward distributed parallel computing. Cack was initially drawn to the technology and software sectors while at Montgomery & Company, where she helped advise on software acquisitions and capital raises.
Cack holds a M.B.A from The University of Chicago – Booth School of Business and a B.A. from Princeton University.
Cack is a dedicated runner, racing professionally for Nike for two years at the 5,000m distance and competing in 12 of 12 athletic seasons at Princeton (Cross-Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track). While at Princeton she was named the Princeton Female Athlete of the Year and was an 8-time All-America recipient.

He's particularly interested in the future of work: making devops, sales, marketers operate more efficiently. Supporting companies that leverage emerging technology, machine intelligence and distributed systems. Some of the companies Ash has led investments in are Chainalysis, Enigma MPC, RocketVisor, Wade & Wendy, and SocialRank.
Denali is an Associate at General Catalyst and Director of Operations at Rough Draft Ventures, an initiative backing student-founded startups. What excites her most about working with young entrepreneurs is the unique energy that drives them to get started now, not someday.
